Job summary

Staples in Coppell, TX is hiring for Warehouse Associate roles within our World Class Supply Chain team. You may rotate across six areas, from Bulk/Material Handling to Shipping, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and lifting up to 100 lbs. Safety is a top priority as you contribute to efficient order fulfillment.

We seek candidates with at least 3 months in a warehouse, basic English, and the ability to work overtime. Full-time and part-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• If hired Full-Time, ability to work additional overtime hours as needed.
• Ability to lift/pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to stand and walk 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, turrets) to pick and move product up to 100 lbs.
• Perform warehouse receiving, putaway, and returns processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize, stack, and shrink‑wrap customer orders for shipping.
• Move product within the warehouse following safety procedures.
• Be prepared to rotate among six roles (SC1/SC2) as needed.
