• Review and track camera footage to support investigations and resolve issues.
• Manage and respond to Spex tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Hold team members accountable to performance standards set by the Inbound Manager.
• Monitor team productivity, accuracy, and adherence to processes.
• Manage the team's time cards.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to receiving team members.
• Step in as needed to assist with offloading, receiving, or other dock tasks to maintain workflow.
• Promote a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
