We are currently hiring a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently and collaboratively. This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive company that values accuracy, communication, and teamwork.

Sign-On Bonus: $750

• $375 after 60 days of employment
• $375 after 90 days of employment
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage driver check-in and payment processing
• Accurately enter receiving data into the company system
• Prepare and distribute daily attendance and roster reports
• Compile, analyze, and distribute system-generated reports
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via email
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, bookkeeping, and document tracking
• Assist with recruitment support including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding tasks
• Help unload trailers and containers as needed
• Comply with all company policies and operational procedures
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in computer systems, Excel, and data entry
• Previous experience in a warehouse, receiving, or distribution role preferred
• Familiarity with inventory or shipping/receiving processes is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday through Friday
• 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM, with occasional overtime
