Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Verify purchase orders, ensuring that the Bills of Lading match the items and all paperwork details (inner pack, dimensions, carton quantity).
2. Achieve set standards (engineer or productivity) daily, weekly, and monthly.
3. Construct pallets according to dimensions on paperwork.
4. Set up pallet dimensions and configurations; notify Inventory Control of any discrepancies.
5. Instruct Lumper service on proper pallet building to ensure timely freight unloading.
6. Apply decals/license and secure pallets with shrink-wrap or tape.
7. Process paperwork accurately, ensuring signatures and reconciliation.
8. Notify Slot Clerk of any discrepancies between paperwork and actual merchandise for approval of changes.
9. Report any issues that may hinder merchandise processing to management.
10. Complete daily PIT checklist; report equipment defects.
11. Operate PIT equipment safely.
12. Follow safety procedures to maximize personal safety.
13. Maintain an organized work area and promote a safe environment.
14. Follow all company policies and procedures.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Excellent Total Compensation Package!

• Starting at $15.50/hr (depending on shift)
• Full-time positions available:

• Weekday Shift: 1st Shift 6:30am - 5:00pm ($15.50/hour)
• Weekend Shift: 2nd Shift 6:00am - 6:30pm ($17/hour)

Climate Controlled Facility (AC), located off I-75 exit 341, near Marion Oaks. From the highway, turn left on SW 49th Ct Rd to reach the associate entrance.
