Job summary

Weby Corp is hiring for a receiving specialist in Texas. The role involves unloading inbound shipments, counting and sorting inventory, and matching receipts with packing slips using an RF scanner. Attention to detail is essential in this first step of warehouse operations.

The position is full-time and permanent with benefits. Candidates must be 18+, fluent in English, and able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours. Shift is Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs daily.
• Must read and write English.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Unload packages from carriers.

Job description

Reports to: Receiving Team Lead, Inbound Supervisor, Warehouse Manager

Candidates must be over 18 years old and fluently speak and understand English, for safety purposes.

Compensation: $19.50/hr

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday
9am - 6pm

This is a receiving specialist position, receiving inbound inventory and binning it to the warehouse floor. This is the first step in the warehouse process and attention to detail is imperative.

Job Duties:

• Unloading packages from carriers
• Counting and sorting inventory upon arrival
• Receiving inventory with RF scanner
• Reconcile inventory with packing slips
• Report on reconciliations
• KPI Metric Met (weekly)

This is a Full-Time, permanent, non-exempt position, complete with benefits eligibility.
