Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our store location. You will unload, audit, and stage products to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure safe storage practices. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience and forklift familiarity. Candidates must be able to work extended hours during peak seasons and in varied weather conditions. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Attentive to detail
• Ability to work in different weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner that is consistent with the company’s core values
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed
• Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse
• Perform other related duties as directed by management
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance with safe lifting practices and SOPs
• Complete required department and equipment training (must be forklift certified)
