Job summary

Cooper Electric Supply, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate, Receiving (CDC / RDC) to accurately receive inbound products, verify shipments against POs, and maintain organized inventory in a large distribution center in Cranbury, NJ. The role requires attention to detail, safe handling, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Monday–Friday starting at 5am, with benefits including healthcare, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and development programs.

Qualifications

Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
Attention to detail and good time management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to exercise safety while carrying out all job responsibilities.
Work is performed in a large distribution center warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately check and receive inbound products and confirm the shipment is consistent with the purchase order.
Check product packaging to ensure that it is neat and intact.
Restock inventory neatly, efficiently, and accurately in assigned locations.
Perform cycle counts as necessary to ensure inventory count is accurate.
Utilize radio frequency (RF) guns to scan barcodes and labels allowing us to track appropriate inventory levels.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
