Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Receiver/Stocker to help keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise. You’ll unload deliveries, move products to the floor, and maintain a safe workspace with a friendly, professional attitude.

The role is physical and fast-paced, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• 6 months experience in warehouse inventory handling.
• 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Support store operations by verifying deliveries, completing dock prep, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping.
