Job summary

Roles involve daily backroom and floor work, with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, or weekends to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklift or similar equipment preferred.
• Warehouse/inventory experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries and operate dock equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper safety procedures for hazardous materials and equipment.
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and related tools.
• Be a team player and assist with other assigned tasks.
