Job summary

Lowe’s in Newnan, GA is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to receive freight, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. This physical, fast-paced role offers variable shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight) based on store needs and requires safe lifting practices.

You’ll work to assist customers, unload freight, and keep products organized on the sales floor and in backrooms. Training on equipment is provided, with opportunities for growth within retail logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• Experience operating forklift/power equipment preferred.
• Warehouse stocking/inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries, prep docks, and operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following safety procedures.
• Operate store equipment as needed (scanners, balers, etc.).
• Be a team player and complete other tasks as needed.
• For Pro Fulfillment Stores: use Orders App to pick and stage orders; load delivery orders with safe loading practices; rotate orders by date; communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
