Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Receiver/Stocker to keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise and top stock. You’ll unload deliveries and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, with a focus on safe lifting and a friendly, professional attitude.

The role is physical and fast-paced, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience operating forklift or power equipment preferred.
• Warehouse experience in inventory handling and stocking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by helping customers and supporting project work.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries and prepare docks; operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and balers as needed.
• Collaborate with team to complete other assigned tasks.
• For Pro Fulfillment Stores: pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders; load orders safely; coordinate delivery readiness.
