Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Receiver/Stocker to keep the store clean, safe and ready for customers. You’ll unload deliveries, stock shelves, and organize merchandise while following safe lifting practices.

This role is physical and fast-paced, with shifts mornings, afternoons, evenings or overnight depending on store needs. You’ll work as part of a team and help customers load products.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in warehouse stocking and inventory handling is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines for lifting and hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service and assist customers with projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and follow hazardous materials guidelines.
• Operate scanners and Zebra devices and other store equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and complete additional tasks as assigned.
• For Pro Fulfillment Stores: pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders.
• Load delivery orders safely and ensure accuracy.
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve issues with customers.
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction and readiness.
