Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to help keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight and stocking merchandise. This part-time role involves unloading deliveries, handling equipment safely, and maintaining a prepared workspace with a friendly, professional attitude.

The position requires physical work and attention to detail, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight as needed by store demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience operating forklift/power equipment preferred.
• Warehouse experience in stocking and inventory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Support store operations by verifying deliveries, completing dock prep, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as needed.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
