Job summary

Lowe’s in Durham, NC is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to keep shelves stocked, unload deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will handle freight, organize merchandise, and assist customers with loading products while following safe lifting practices.

This role is physical and fast-paced, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight. A positive, professional attitude and teamwork are essential as you support store operations and help the team meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience operating forklift/power equipment.
• Warehouse experience with inventory handling and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries and dockPrep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper hazardous materials procedures and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as needed.
• Collaborate as a team to complete other assigned tasks.
