Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a Warehouse Receiver Operator in Acton, MA. The role supports high‑volume material handling, SAP transactions, and forklift operations on a 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shift.

You will receive, inspect, store and move materials, coordinating deliveries with carriers while maintaining safety and accuracy. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years in warehouse roles, forklift experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in warehouse, shipping, receiving or material handling.
• Forklift experience with ability to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for a 12‑hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Perform inventory and receiving transactions accurately in SAP.
• Coordinate deliveries and material receipts with carriers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Transport materials between facilities using a company box truck.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support inventory movement and warehouse workflow to meet production demands.
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
• Complete required training and assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
