Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, inspect, label, and store products, ensuring accurate reconciliation with deliveries and invoices. You will perform FIFO handling for perishable items and operate pallet jacks or forklifts when required, while following SOPs to meet accuracy standards.

In this role you will count inventory, complete records, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Strong communication and basic math skills are essential, along with flexibility to work at client

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lb.
• Some client locations require a current valid driver’s license; an MVR may be run.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label products and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products; apply FIFO for perishables.
• May train and operate manual/electric pallet jacks and/or forklifts.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload, and transport products within warehouse or client locations.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts.
• Complete administrative duties (inventory docs, logs, inspections).
• Clean work areas including restrooms, docks, and loading areas.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE.
• Protect assets; interactions with clients/vendors; attend meetings as required.
