Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Warehouse Worker to receive, inspect, and organize products, ensuring accurate labeling and reconciliation with deliveries. You will pick, pack, and transport items, following safety procedures and FIFO for perishables.

The role requires physical effort, operation of pallet jacks and possibly forklifts, and adherence to SOPs. Strong communication and basic math/computer skills are essential for daily inventories and records.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 years of previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lb.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products using FIFO for perishable items.
• Operate manual/electric pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload, and transport products within warehouse and client locations.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and maintain logs and records.
• Complete administrative duties and data entry in paper or handheld/PC systems.
• Maintain clean work areas and comply with safety policies and PPE.
• Interact with clients, employees, vendors, and guests as required.
