Job summary

Lancaster Archery Supply Inc in Leola, PA seeks a Receiver I to put away products, learn receiving processes, and support warehouse operations. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour and benefits are available.

Responsibilities include organizing items by location with RF scanners, verifying packing slips, reporting damages, and assisting with truck unloads and large orders. Candidates should have 1+ year warehouse experience and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years experience in warehouse setting.
• Ability to use RF Scanning devices and computers for general warehouse functions.
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn Microsoft Office applications & Receiving Systems.
• Strong teamwork & communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong ability to prioritize various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Put items away in appropriate pick locations using RF Scanner.
• Unbox and layout items and ensure all product matches packing slip.
• Report product damage & discrepancies when necessary.
• Learn computer programs used to receive product.
• Label various items as they are received.
• Assist other Receivers with large orders.
• Assist in unloading of trucks and other deliveries.
• Restock primary pick locations throughout the warehouse with emphasis on larger items/skids.
• Properly communicate issues to Receiving Coordinator
• Take out trash & compress cardboard in bailer on weekly basis
• General housekeeping duties as assigned
• Performs other duties and special projects determined by Management
