Dufry Careers is seeking a Warehouse Receiver in Salt Lake City to handle shipment and reception tasks, verify records, and ensure correct packaging and labeling. The role involves unpacking goods, inspecting for damage, and coordinating with transport providers.

The position is non-exempt and reports to the Warehouse Manager or General Manager, depending on local requirements. You will support store distribution, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow safety procedures daily.

Qualifications

• Requires good reading and comprehension of instructions, policies and safety procedures.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be able to bend, twist, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• May require driving a truck and a valid driver’s license with good DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to internal and external customers in receiving, processing and distributing merchandise.
• Follows delivery schedules and processes deliveries accurately and timely.
• Executes ticketing according to Company standards.
• Stocks shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Pulls and prepares daily orders from requisitions.
• Manages inventory using computer systems.
• Assists with transportation of orders between warehouse and stores.
• Identifies damaged or expired products.
• Maintains HACCP charts and cold storage areas as applicable.
• Follows all security and safety procedures.
• Assists with maintenance and upkeep of fixtures and equipment.
• Keeps bin locations organized and supports physical inventory.
