Job summary

ShopRite Garnerville is seeking a Receiver to ensure accurate receiving of deliveries and maintain a neat, safe warehouse environment. You will perform duties that protect company assets while supporting customer service goals.

Responsibilities include verifying invoices, unloading trucks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with fresh, dried and/or processed products safely.
• Ability to interact with customers and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify deliveries for accuracy and inventory control.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Monitor storage areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Unload trucks and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Follow QA, safety, and store policies in daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and reconcile invoices.
