Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an (entry-level) Receiving Associate to help accurately receive product, support the receiving process, and maintain orderly dock operations. The role emphasizes safety, accountability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, processing receiving reports, and ensuring proper storage and compliance with club policies. Attendance and reliability are essential for success at BJ’s.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Properly researches and annotates receiving reports including direct-to-club and negative-on-hand reports.
• Safely operates a forklift and receives merchandise accurately.
• Maintains dock security and monitors flow of team members and visitors in receiving areas.
• Ensures received merchandise is stored properly according to product specs.
• Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
