Job summary

Lancaster Archery Supply Inc. is seeking a Receiver Assistant to support warehouse receiving and put-away operations. The role uses RF scanners to place items in designated pick locations, label receipts, and add secondary locations as needed.

In addition to unloading deliveries and organizing stock, you will restock, communicate issues to the Receiving Coordinator, and perform general housekeeping and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to use RF Scanning devices and computers for general warehouse functions.
• Ability to be properly trained to operate Joey lift.
• Ability to be properly trained to operate Walk-Behind lifts with loads up to 600 lb.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Put items away in assigned pick locations using RF Scanner
• Label items as they are received
• Add and enter secondary locations into the system as needed
• Unbox and layout items and ensure all product matches packing slip
• Assist in unloading of trucks and other deliveries
• Restock primary pick locations throughout the warehouse with emphasis on larger items/skids
• Properly communicate issues to Receiving Coordinator
• Take out trash & compress cardboard in bailer on weekly basis
• General housekeeping duties as assigned
• Performs other duties and special projects determined by Management
