Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Record received goods into inventory management system.
• Label and organize received items in proper storage locations.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff including forklift operators, pickers and packers.
• Process returns or exchanges of defective items.
• Follow safety protocols during receiving and storing goods.
