Russ Davis Wholesale in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to unload inbound loads, verify quantities, inspect quality, and prepare product for put-away. Shifts run Thu-Sun starting 7:00am until completion, typically around 10 hours per day.

Wage is $18.00/hr with an additional $2.00/hr on Saturdays and Sundays. Benefits include Health, Vision and Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off, and an ESOP plan. Training is provided; must be at least 18 and able to lift 35–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs consistently throughout shift.
• Flexible on shift end times as seasons vary.
• Warehouse/Operations experience preferred, but training provided.

• Inspect inbound product for quality and damage; report issues.
• Sort and breakdown all incoming product.
• Ensure correct labeling for put-away in proper pick slots.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7 :00am start until work is complete (approx 10 hr shifts)

Wage: $18.00/hr plus earn an additional $2.00/hr on Saturday & Sunday

What is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan??

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be flexible on shift end times as they will vary with the seasons!
• Ability to work in a cool environment (35-50 degrees).
• Must be able to lift 35-50lbs consistently throughout shift.
• Warehouse/Operations experience preferred, but not required. We will train!
• Pass the pre-employment background check and drug screen (THC does not disqualify you).
