Job Overview:

The Fulfillment QC will support specific departments within the fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will maintain quality control in each department, ensuring adherence to company standards and operating procedures through regular audits and problem-solving.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Build partnerships with internal customers to ensure content delivery aligns with current business needs
• Communicate best practices effectively and continuously
• Ensure all Quality Control standards are met and optimized for each area
• Log QC findings for documentation
• Communicate with management regarding employee progress and error reports, providing next-step recommendations
• Provide audits and support to designated areas
• Ensure departments follow processing standards based on QC expectations to serve customers effectively
• Address questions or concerns related to items going to customers

Additional Responsibilities:

• As assigned by the Manager

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Previous quality control experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently
• Extended periods of standing and walking
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to resolve pallet math issues
• Proficiency in computer operations and data entry using a Warehouse Management System

Preferred Education, Experience, and Licenses:

• Warehouse experience
• Familiarity with B&H processes, culture, and product lines
• Knowledge of B&H policies and procedures

Physical Environment and Risks:

• Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs
• Use of manual pallet jacks as needed
