Job summary

White Cap is hiring a Materials Handler to support fast-paced distribution for construction projects across the region. You will verify loads, load and inspect trucks, pick warehouse orders, and help maintain DOT compliance in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in warehousing, a readiness to learn, and basic forklift experience; Spanish proficiency is a plus for teamwork and customer interactions. This is an on-site role in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Ability to verify loads for safe, accurate delivery to customers.
• Compliance with DOT and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Verifies loads for delivery to ensure correct products are delivered safely.
• Loads trucks and conducts truck inspections.
• Picks warehouse orders.
• Performs DOT compliance audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
