Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Materials Handler. This on-site position supports field operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment, verifying loads, loading trucks, and picking orders to ensure accurate deliveries.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and teamwork within a growing national distributor for professional contractors. Preferred qualifications include heavy equipment experience, freight/logistics background, and Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• Heavy equipment and delivery driving experience preferred.
• Industry knowledge in freight and logistics and safety/compliance.
• Accuracy, teamwork, customer service, detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies loads for delivery to ensure customers have the correct product in a safe and professional manner.
• Loads trucks and performs truck inspections.
• Picks warehouse orders.
• Conducts DOT compliance audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
