Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Recovery Coordinator II to perform general warehouse activities and quality control tasks across receiving, outbound, and storage areas. The role focuses on accuracy, audit integrity, and vendor issue resolution within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Shift: Tuesday–Friday 1:00pm–11:30pm. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with potential increases based on performance and location. Benefits and opportunity for growth are offered, with a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs without assistance; up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment with heat, cold, noise, dust.
• Able to operate powered equipment for up to 8 hours per day.
• Able to stand, bend, lift, pull, and carry for up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse activities.
• Verify 100% quality control checks in receiving locations on high shrink and breakdown merchandise.
• Verify quality control checks on outbound, laydown, storage and cigarette merchandise with audits in picking locations.
• Ensure club shipping lanes are audited and merchandise accounted for prior to manifesting club load.
• Document discrepancies, vendor non-compliance, and freight-related issues; coordinate salvage and VCB processing.
