Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Recovery Coordinator II to perform general warehouse activities, including quality control checks and discrepancy resolution to ensure accurate inventory and smooth shipping operations.

Shifts available Tue–Fri 1:00pm–11:30pm or Sat–Mon 4:00am–4:00pm; starting pay is $20.50/hr with a pay range up to $24.60/hr and benefits including health plans, 401(k), and stock purchase options.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and up to 30 lbs without.
• Work in a warehouse environment with heat, cold, noise, and dust.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse activities as a Recovery Coordinator II.
• Verify 100% quality control checks in receiving locations and outbound areas.
• Audit shipping lanes and ensure merchandise is accounted for before manifesting loads.
• Investigate discrepancies and document errors; photograph vendor non-compliance when needed.
• Research overages, shortages, and damages; coordinate with salvage vendors for pickup.
