Job summary

Codale Electric Supply, based in Salt Lake City, UT, seeks a Quality Assurance Representative to join our warehouse-based QA and Inventory Control team. You will analyze customer transactions to resolve revenue leaks and ensure inventory accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include investigating stock discrepancies, processing RGAs, cycle counting, and supporting month-end inventory closes. Proficiency with MS Office is required; Epicor Eclipse and Solar experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with numeric accuracy and reporting.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform arithmetic.
• Ability to distinguish minor yet significant differences between part numbers/descriptions.
• Epicor Eclipse and Solar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, analyze, and process all miss- shipped, miss- shipped, lost in transit, and item issues; communicate results and corrective actions.
• Review and process customer RGAs daily; report errors as needed.
• Perform warehousing duties including discrepancy analysis, cycle counting, adjustment verification, and inventory slotting.
• Assist in identifying errors and root causes of inventory and warehouse errors.
• Work with QA team and warehouse teams to investigate and resolve inventory errors.
• Assist QA Supervisor to record, track, and report UETs.
• Assist in closing out queues for month end close.
• Assist in preparation and reconciliation of annual physical inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
