Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Missouri is seeking a Warehouse Quality Associate to validate inbound loads at check-in and ensure accuracy of all shipments. You will perform inventory matching, visually inspect incoming loads, maintain documentation, and enter data into handheld devices while moving through a busy warehouse.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work

Job Summary

The Warehouse Quality Associate is responsible for the check-in validation of all incoming loads to the Warehouse.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for inbound and outbound inventory matches.
• Ensures each load for accuracy at check in.
• Visually inspects all incoming vehicles by entering each truck.
• Maintains all required documentation for record management.
• Enters inventory data into handheld.
• Maintains bin integrity in mass storage.

Job Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Speaking: Constantly (investigates, negotiates, recommends, reports, etc.)
• Acute Vision: Constantly (observing both near and far, reading documents)
• Mobility: Frequent travel throughout Heartland Facility (Walking in warehouse)
• Bending/Squatting: Constantly (picking up product, moving product)
• Lifting: Frequent- Lift 50 lbs. or less (full cases of product)
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons
