Job Summary
Responsible for the inspection and proper handling of customer-ordered warehouse product to ensure proper quality standards by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned.
- Perform inbound and outbound product inspection to vendor and customer provided specifications
- Handling and processing of customer and product returns, and supporting other departments on related resolution and record-keeping
- Review and processing of customer orders that include special requirements.
- Processesing of vendor returns.
- Management of Scrap.
- Support of onsite ISO/AS internal and external audit activities.
Extensive Hardware and fastener knowledge strongly preferred.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills And Requirements

- Must be able to report to assigned office location during scheduled in-office workdays.
- Computer Skills Basic personal-computer skills are desired.

- Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers.
