Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or fast-paced warehouse preferred.
• Knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships across all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with follow-up practices.
• Strong computer skills including QA apps, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Uphold quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products.
• Serve as QA resource to supervisors for issue identification and improvement.
• Execute and analyze quality-reporting measures.
• Report quality issues, trends, and losses to management.
• Participate in quality audits and compliance.
• Ensure product quality meets customer, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
