Company: Printgear Sportswear Distributors. Printgear serves as a single source for printable sportswear and related services, built on a foundation of people and customer service. We operate two full-service warehouses, one in Columbia, South Carolina and the other in Oxnard, California, with locations on each coast to meet delivery needs.

Overview

Busy warehouse hiring immediately for full-time, dependable people for pulling orders and general warehouse duties. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and is committed to ensuring the highest level of accuracy in order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and pack orders according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.

Experience / Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay: from $13.75 per hour, with potential increases after 90 days depending on experience.
• Weekly incentives in addition to hourly pay (.50 per hour on average).
• Full-time employees eligible for paid sick and vacation time after 90 days.
• Benefits such as medical, dental, short-term disability, 401(k) after 90-day probation period.

Schedule

• Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
• Work location: In person.
