Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pull items from inventory using handhelds based on order specifications.
• Verify product quantities and quality before packing for shipment.
• Maintain organization of the warehouse by ensuring products are stored in their designated locations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders to management promptly.
