Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.
• Ability to perform basic math and accurately follow work instructions.
• Strong attendance record and commitment to safety.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Flexibility to work overtime, extended shifts, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and order pickers safely.
• Move materials throughout the facility and stage products for customer orders.
• Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight.
• Operate wire-cutting and re-spooling machinery and perform production tasks per specifications.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and condition and process inventory transactions.
