The Supervisor-Warehouse Production at Coca-Cola UNITED, Inc. leads shifts in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory accuracy, and safety, ensuring smooth operations. You will supervise, train, and coach associates while coordinating transportation and maintaining efficient processes.

You will oversee inventory control, product rotation, and scheduling, with a focus on safety and quality. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to coach and manage needs and concerns of multiple associates.

Responsabilités

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the UNITED policies and applicable laws.
• Interview, hire, and train associates.
• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Coordinates all shipping/receiving along with transportation.
• Oversees all inventory control and product rotation.
• Manage Shipping/Receiving Department, Inventory, Repack and Gate.
• Maintains responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the units listed above.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Accurately approve and maintain employee time approval.
• Manage employee scheduling such as vacation, sick, and requested time off.
• Train employees on OSHA monthly trainings.
