We are excited to partner with one of the largest chocolate manufacturers in the world. Staffmark is hiring Warehouse Production Operators for their manufacturing facility in Stuarts Draft, VA!

Schedule

Requires flexibility to work any shift, including weekends, overtime, and holidays. Must be able to work dayshift during the first week for orientation and training. Start date: 6/23/25.

Essential Tasks

1. Operate assigned processing or packaging equipment
2. Perform quality checks (metal detector, date code, weight systems)
3. Complete daily production and quality paperwork
4. Assist with housekeeping tasks (restrooms, cafeteria, offices, etc.)
5. Follow safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Two years of manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Must be 18 years old at the time of hire
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills
