About the Role

As the Warehouse Production Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth intake, processing, and delivery of donations. You’ll support both warehouse and production operations, helping to maintain efficiency, quality, and team coordination. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, physical activity, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

Production Focus

  • Sort, tag, and price donated items (clothing, household goods, toys, etc.)
  • Collaborate on daily/weekly Plans of Action with management and team leads
  • Train and support production team members and volunteers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area
  • Monitor production quotas and assist in team development

Warehouse Focus

  • Deliver merchandise to resale stores (2+ times per week)
  • Ensure accurate and complete shipments
  • Maintain and inspect delivery vehicles and report maintenance needs
  • Organize seasonal and warehouse sales areas
  • Assist with cash register operations and warehouse cleanliness
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED;;
  • 1–3 months of related experience preferred;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods;
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and car insurance;
  • Previous non-profit or warehouse experience is a plus;

Hourly Rate - $16.00

All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background, motor vehicle report, insurance verification, professional and personal reference checks, drug screen and lift test.
