Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a dependable Janitor in Marion, IL for warehouse and production cleaning duties. The role supports keeping facilities clean, safe, and efficient, with a 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM schedule and a 2605 West Main St. Marion location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors and trailers throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Clean and maintain common work areas, equipment surfaces, and production spaces.
• Collect and properly dispose of trash, recyclables, and waste materials.
• Perform general janitorial duties to support warehouse and production operations.
• Assist with pressure washing of equipment, floors, or designated areas as needed.
• Maintain and request restocking of cleaning supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures and utilize proper PPE.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
