Job summary

Carson Team in SeaTac, WA is hiring Warehouse & Production Associates to support shipment loading/unloading, production, and material sorting. You will operate carts, transfer pumps, and forklifts while keeping a clean, safe workspace and assisting with timely delivery.

Candidates should have a HS diploma, warehouse or loading experience, and be able to work in a team; forklift certification is preferred. Proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook and a willingness to learn new software are valued.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in truck loading and unloading; warehouse experience very helpful.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications.
• Excellent organizational skills, communications skills, ability to multi-task, and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading customer trucks with finished product using loading carts, ensuring safe, accurate and timely delivery.
• Operate equipment and receive training for equipment use.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform preventative maintenance tasks as directed.
• Meet call-in requirements and report to work at scheduled times.
• Be a team member and complete tasks in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner.
