About the Role

We are looking for a positive person with strong attention to detail to join our growing team. The Warehouse/Production Associate will play a vital role in the manufacturing process and will primarily focus on powder coating along with some light‑duty assembly work in our warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• When powder coating, ensure all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company-established goals for quality.
• Prepare components and materials for assembly.
• Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.
• Ensure safety guidelines are being met for a safe work environment.
• Must be able to read assembly instructions and understand drawings.
• Maintain a clean workstation.
• Properly clean and maintain equipment.
• Assist in daily operations of the warehouse which include, but are not limited to, accurately picking products, packaging products, shipping orders, stocking shelves, warehouse cleaning/housekeeping and maintenance.

Schedule & Compensation

This is a non‑exempt, at‑will position that will work Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week.

Pay: $20/hour
