Job Duties

• Watch conveyor belts and equipment to make sure products move safely and smoothly through the production line.
• Use cameras, sensors, and visual checks to spot jams, damaged items, or equipment problems.
• Stop the conveyor when needed and safely remove stuck cartons using approved tools and procedures.
• Check cartons for quality and remove damaged or defective products from the line.
• Redirect product flow when needed to keep production running efficiently.
• Clean and organize the work area to support a safe and productive workplace.
• Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, and safety concerns to the proper team members.
• Help with basic conveyor troubleshooting and support daily production operations.
• Follow all company safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
