• Perform routine production tasks such as cut and assemble filters using a table saw and paper cutter and hot melt glue machine.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to procedures.
• Receive incoming shipments and assist with unloading, sorting, and stocking inventory.
• Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and packing stations.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.

What you will do:

Aa a Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate I at The Filter Shop in Omaha, Nebraska, you'll play an important role in supporting our daily production and warehouse operations. This entry-level position is responsible for performing essential tasks related to the production of filters, receiving, storage, and shipment of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Perform routine production tasks such as cut and assemble filters to specifications using a table saw and paper cutter and hot melt glue machine.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Receive incoming shipments and assist with unloading, sorting, and stocking inventory.
• Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including shelves, bins, and packing stations.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and responsibly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
• Assist with labeling, scanning, and documentation of products and shipments.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines.
