Warehouse Production Associate Role - Lincoln

Founded in 2004, The Filter Shop, is a leading distributor of commercial and industrial air and liquid filtration products. With warehouses in Omaha and Des Moines, we are excited to expand our operations with a new location in Lincoln opening Summer 2025.

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Production Associate to join our growing team in Lincoln. If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, values a steady weekday schedule with no evening or weekend shifts, and thrives in a team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit for you.

Required Skills -

Note: Skill tests may be given during interview process

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Competence operating a table saw
• Capable of lifting and moving bulky boxes
• Ability to count multiple different items with accuracy
  
  

Daily Duties -

• General warehouse duties
• Expected to retain knowledge of orders processed for quick reference
• Picking products efficiently and accurately to fulfill orders
• Assist Warehouse Manager with processing orders
• Provide walk-in customers with Plus-1 Customer Service
• Cut filter caps with paper cutter
• Cut filters to specifications using a table saw
• Organize product for customization
• Operate hot melt glue machine to cap filters
• Cleaning of production area
  
  

Competencies -

• Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential
• Experience and knowledge of warehouse practices and safety is preferred
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and allocate resources appropriately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to retain task-related information
• Good verbal communication skills with co-workers, managers, and customers
• Self-motivated with strong follow up skills and organizational skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable using ladders
• Prior Customer Service experience - preferred but not required
• Computer knowledge - A Plus
