Job summary

FHI 360 is seeking a hands-on warehouse associate in the United States to unload trailers, break down and restack pallets, and move freight weighing 25–80 lbs. You’ll operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks with training provided, in a fast-paced environment with temperature ranges from 32°F to 90°F.

Candidates should have warehouse experience as a plus, be able to lift and move heavy loads, and work effectively in a team with strong communication.

• Strong communication and teamwork are required.
• Reliable and capable of performing under supervisor guidance.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers safely in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks (training provided).
• Break down and restack pallets.
• Handle freight weighing 25–80 lbs throughout the shift.
• Work in varied warehouse temperatures (32°F to 90°F).
