Job summary

ADUSA Distribution in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage shipping and receiving tasks and move products safely through the distribution center. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely distribution to our store network.

Responsibilities include palletizing orders, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, performing pre-operational checks, maintaining sanitation, and contributing ideas to improve procedures and reduce costs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Must be able to operate in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Able to use a PC for data entry and research purposes.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Complete documents related to shipping/receiving tasks.
• Select and palletize orders for shipment to stores accurately.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform pre-operational checks of equipment per policy.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and sanitation practices.
• Suggest procedural improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
