Job summary

WithMe, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Chicago to support shipping, receiving and order fulfillment. You will ensure shipments go out correctly, help carriers with pickups, and maintain a clean, organized fulfillment center.

The role requires at least 1 year in shipping/receiving, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 85 lbs. Forklift certification is a plus, with company support to obtain it. On-site work is required at the Chicago facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, or fulfillment center operations.
• Comfortable learning new computer systems and following multi-step technical processes (experience programming or troubleshooting equipment is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to getting things right the first time.
• Physical ability to lift up to 85 lbs, and regularly stand, squat, reach, and push items in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus - or willingness to obtain it with our support.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Availability to work on-site in our Chicago facility.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare shipments, ensuring secure delivery.
• Label QA: verify shipping labels and docs before dispatch.
• Ensure order accuracy by matching items to packing lists.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, verify purchase orders, and process receipts.
• Assist carriers with pickups and outbound shipments.
• Keep warehouse organized with labeled racks and bins.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) per safety rules.
• Use shipping software and internal fulfillment tools.
• Learn to program printers and brewer machines using internal systems.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.
• Promote a culture of safety compliance.
