Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Katy, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role supports shipping processes, safely handling and staging products for loading, and operating various PIT equipment to move inventory within the facility.

We value dependable, safety‑minded teammates with 2+ years of related experience and a high school diploma. The position offers full-time hours and benefits, with a focus on accurate, efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or training.
• Reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Punctual and excellent attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PIT proficiency; reach truck, order picker, sit-down propane forklift.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small parts.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and package product for shipping; shrink wrap, box, label.
• Stage product for loading.
• Load product onto truck.
• Unload materials from truck.
• Move materials to storage in warehouse.
• Move waste to dumpsters.
• Ensure no damaged product/material is sent/accepted.
• Operate within SOPs and OSHA safety standards.
• Operate PIT equipment (stand up, reach truck, order picker, sit-down forklift).
• Complete daily PIT logs.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
