Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is hiring warehouse associates for a temperature-controlled facility in Las Vegas. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork as you operate MHE, process orders, and maintain inventory with RF scanners.

Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision and life insurance, 401K, boot allowance after 90 days, and referral programs. Workdays are Monday through Friday with a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• Standup Forklift, Reach Truck/ Order Picker & RF scanner experience preferred
• Be a collaborative and team player
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions preferred (English and Spanish preferred)
• Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking, organizational, time management skills required
• Flexible to work overtime preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
• Complete Penske employment application, background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate multiple types of material handling equipment (MHE) including standup forklift, reach truck and order pickers with attachments
• Accurately match numbers & letters
• Attention to detail across items and products
• Stage and sort products for loading
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Sort and place parts in racks or designated areas
• Stack boxes and pallets
• Secure picked products for shipping
• Process multiple orders at a time
• Move materials within the warehouse
• Use RF scanner for inventory, read work orders or instructions
• Follow safety requirements and quality control
• Identify and remove damaged products
• Communicate across departments and shifts
• Attach identifying tags to containers
• Read work orders or instructions for assignments
• Support supervisor with other tasks
